Why if I may ask? Is the driver bad for gaming?
@ mHxLegacy « Thu 12:24 am »
I have an earlier 3060 that will run the full 50mh/s with gminer 2.66 and the 470.05 driver but I tested 2.67 with the newest nvidia driver and it seemed really unstable @ around 32mh/s, comparatively at least. I can revert but I can’t wait until I can stay on the newest drivers. Getting there

talking about shit for mining though, gminer is clearly the best choice for LHR ~70% unlockers. Was able to get my 3060 stable between 32-33,5MH/s at 90W +/-2. This is getting somewhat efficient now really

yeah right now my shares/min. is .98 with a 99.05 efficiency. ethash @ d=.5 36.37 mh/s pool side. if i drop it to .25 it goes to like 150% efficiency. too bad there’s nothing in the middle like .3333 or something. im running 2x1060s too. need 4 more.
@ bMeister1 « Mon 3:38 pm »
Also keep an eye on restart efficiency. Restarts are required (between jobs I think, correct me if I’m wrong) that take some time to complete. The more efficient your card is, the more time it spends actually mining. Generally, if efficiency tends to be low, go for high diff shares.
@ Alynn « Mon 11:50 am »
I should add, that prohashing will do this for you and feed you what your card can most handle. thats why when you first start out you will see lower difficulty, then it will ramp up over time once it figures out what your card can handle.

Alynn wrote:

So if you are really really serious about this you will have to do some math to see how fast you are submitting shares. Because it’s the total difficulty that matters. So if you are dropping a 2048 difficulty every minute, you would need to do 8 a minute at 256 difficulty to remain EVEN. Generally finding the sweet spot between speed and difficulty size is what you want.
ah ok. i ran 12 hrs at .5 difficulty ended up at about .95 shares a min. now trying .25 for 12 hrs to see if it gets better than 1 share per card/minute

Coinbase does have a "Security Key Device" option that I have not looked into yet. Not sure if Binance has that or not. Still not sure if that would have helped since you had 2FA enabled. That would indicate that they did not access the account by you login. Maybe though the API interface? depending on what options were enabled for API.
