Looking for E9 to test

We've been told by several customers that they are encountering issues with the Antminer E9. We would like to resolve the problems, but are not able to reproduce them with any other equipment.

Therefore, as we have done with other models in the past, we would like to investigate the issue using a Remote Desktop Connection, or equivalent software, to direct the miners to a debug server so that we can figure out what's going on. If you're willing to help, please submit a support ticket, and we'll pay you for the time that the E9 is wasting power during this testing.
