not receiving payouts

Post by gecox22 » Mon Aug 10, 2015 10:48 pm

Good Morning or afternoon, Just started with Prohashing a couple of days ago, and I forgot to put in my BTC address under my settings the first day. My first payout says I was paid but it never left my balance. That made me realize I forgot to add my BTC address. So I added it yesterday. So today when payments went out my previous or total balance of BTC was taken from my prohashing account but nothing was received in my btc account. Does it usually take every long for payments to post or is it instant? My BTC address is 1NwhghHvQvcH3Jf97rBR8Wd3iVA2ikXYZ8..

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Glen

*edit*

I think I figured it out already. The bitcoin payout does not reflect a pay out to my btc addresses but my account as a daily payout from trading and profit. Once the account reach the set threshold a btc payment will be made to my Btc account.

Sorry for my mistake on miss reading the account earning dashboard.+

Thanks

The payout is to your "account" not necessarily to your payout address.... If a payment is sent to your wallet address it will be in black and will include a transaction ID that can be searched in the block chain.
