If a coin is unavailable for payout, all earnings from that coin are redistributed to the rest of the coins in your payout proportions in the appropriate ratios. If you look at the share details, you will see the actual payout proportions, which exclude the coins that cannot be paid out.

The issue with the LTC markets going offline has been fixed. I had to correct a spelling error of a single letter in the stratum code. It's always the little things that get you.
