Hi,
I've noticed that my miners are not finding a lot of blocks. For example today they have found only 3. I've compared this with miners from my friends and they have found a lot more, like 50 today for example. While they also have 2-3 miners like me. Can somebody explain to me why this is happening and what I can do to fix this problem? Also I would like to know if we get a reward for finding blocks or not.

If you are not using m=solo then, no, you do not get the full block reward. Your reward is based on Pay-per-share, I imagine if you compare the balances of your account with your friends (assuming +/- equal hash speed and all the same password params) then they will be similar, even if one found 50 blocks and one account found 5.

If you wouldn't find any blocks at all it is still good with PPS (pay per share), try to read yourself into PPS, solo mining, PPLS and terms like that.
Even i you would find all the blocks mined it still doesn't care with pps.
