Payout every hour

Is there a way to have a payout every hour? I can bring a lot of power

Unfortunately, this would be too expensive to implement with the way that coin networks work.

When a transaction is sent across a network, a transaction fee is charged by the network. For bitcoins, for example, we pay $10 to issue transactions, but in the past have paid as much as $2500. Even at today's rates, our cost of payouts would rise from $10/day to $240/day, and we would have to raise fees to support such high costs if we were to do that.

You can charge the fee on balance of the miners (so there are 2 ways of withdrawal)
