We are going to make a release today to add three new algorithms: x13, xevan, and x16r. This release will also include an upgrade to Debian 10, to resolve some security vulnerabilities that we weren't able to update in Debian 9.
Because we need to replace the virtual machine with the upgraded operating system, there could be a few minutes of downtime, rather than the usual 30 seconds or so after a reboot.
