The Augur coin is in error and needs fixed before the pool can send your money out.

Likely there was an update to the coin that wasn't applied and the pool is now on a separate copy of the chain, since the coin seems to still be trading and mining and sending on other pools

I thought that Augur was an ERC20 token. Whatever the case, the best choice is to submit a support ticket, and Chris will be glad to help.

Algorithm:Ethereum
Token Status:Disabled


Which algo mines the Ethereum coins?
Scrypt says scrypt. Each of the others say what they mine: X-11, sha-256, neo, etash, equihash, lyra2REv2, quark.

I don't see any coins on any algos that say "ethereum" as their algorithms.

0x_protocol, Golem, IOStoke, nxt(algorithm NXT??) are some other error coins that also have ethereum or non-mined algorithms set.

Could you please post a screenshot of the error message you see when you try to login to the support system? You can black out your password if you'd like.

temozavr to get the ball rolling.....

Go to GMAIL, create a brand new account...Go to the prohashing support page and create a new user account using THAT new GMAIL account for the username. Log into the support page once you have created the new account with the NEW gmail address, and put in your ticket so it can be looked at and worked on.

THEN, pop over to the NEW GMAIL you just set up, and have it point(forward) all the Email from the NEW GMAIL account over to wherever you normally get your mail. When Chris reads the ticket and replies, they will forward to your regular email and then you can log into the support ticket (USING THE NEWLY MADE GMAIL email for the support username) and update the ticket info as needed so you can get your coins.

Give up trying to get in with whatever account you had setup from before(assuming you set one up since the support page is separate from the forums and the main pool page)and make a new Gmail, so you can get logged in with a new account on the support page and get the ticket in and get those coins!
