Hello guys! Hope you all have a good day :-D

Can somebody of you tell me why my LTC payout is not working? It constantly refreshes the payout eligible every time I log. This really sucks because my maximum threshold is reached soon.
Could it be the documents I need to up load even though I am NOT an US citizen? Please help me :D
