Yes, but your accrued BTC can't be withdrawn until you either hit the free payout threshold of $1000 USD value or choose to take the fee hit.
Fun times when the owner of a pool can't even be trusted to keep his own word. "Tomorrow we change it". "Oh whoops, I restarted the web server, looks like the new threshold is live. Tough cookies everyone".

Would you have made the previous limit in time? Did you?
Was the payout eligible tonight at server midnight enough to get a payout under the old threshold minimum?

If so, then I would put a ticket in and ask them to honor the old amount they said it would stay at and give you the no-fee payout you were told would exist up until midnight. There might have been 4 or 5 people this might have applied to. If you put in a ticket, explain the situation and ask, you may find out the brothers keep their words and may make a case-by-case exception if you would have made the mark promised and a restart to fix an issue caused a bit of code to release ahead of time. The brothers have been known to eat small loses for things when they make a promise if its within their power to fix/adjust to make people happy and to honor their vows. This is one of the many benefits you get working with people and knowing who they are versus a nameless operator at a pool in dubai.

You guys do realize the 5% fee we get takes care of the transaction fees right?

Do you also realize that 5% of 1000 is $50, meaning 5% of 500 is obviously $25, which is BELOW the transaction fee?

To expect the fee to stay at 500, when the the current average transaction fee is $32, would mean the 5% fee prohashing of that 500, being $25, would be completely eaten, plus an additional $7?

Do you think prohashing is running a charity where they should be spending more money then they are earning to pay us?

How does that make sense? Do you want prohashing to just, die?

Where are your guys' logic?

Don't blame the players, blame the coins.
