Replacement of ticketing system

As part of our continued investment, we will be replacing the support ticket system with Atlassian products sometime soon. The new system will be hosted at the same location, but will integrate with an internal bugtracker, a wiki system, and other tools, allowing us to serve customers better. We will transfer existing tickets to the new system. The current Maian Support system has bugs and does not allow more than two customer service representatives.

We restarted the servers to allocate an additional IP address to support the new ticketing system. We expect to bring the ticketing system online in a few hours.
