Router offline

Post by Steve Sokolowski » Wed Nov 29, 2017 12:45 pm

Chris is having problems with the router to the coins server. He disconnected all miners until the issue can be resolved.

We restarted the system in order to upgrade the support ticketing system, as part of our expansion plans, but now no blocks can be submitted due to this router issue. Once the issue is resolved, Chris will re-enable connections.

This issue has been resolved. I apologize for the problem. Chris is restarting the mining server now, and we now have a fifth IP address for the new support ticketing system available.

Pool links dead, too? Getting an echo on the status page showing 7 (when I only have 5) ASIC units connected doing nothing, but they are in actuality defaulted over to Nicehash - the units say that PH links are dead still.

Sorry about that. We can't figure out why, but the connection limit keeps resetting to 7500 every time Chris restarts the master VPN server to make configuration changes like this. We entered a task to try to resolve that issue permanently, and he'll change it now.
