I saw a point i had 1400 stale shares and 42% efficiency..

I am experiencing a large amount of stale shares as well. I have backup pools which generally dont perform as well. But with this many stale shares its becoming an issue. If its on my end, I would love to know how to fix it. If its on your end could you explain why this is going on. this is regarding 2 l3+ units
