Detected portfolio targeting and dollar payouts issue

Yesterday, Chris detected a problem when portfolio targeting is combined with dollar payouts using electricity costs. It turns out that while customers will still earn the right amount of money, portfolio targeting will override dollar payouts that are designed to pay electricity costs.
We are working on a solution to this problem and hope to have it done by June 3. In the meantime, if you want to use both portfolio targeting and automatic electricity cost dollar payouts, you can do nothing and accept that your payouts may be in different coins than you intend, or disable one feature or the other.
