Forum rules
The Development forum is for discussion of development releases of Prohashing and for feedback on the site, requests for features, etc.

While we can't promise we will be able to implement every feature request, we will give them each due consideration and do our best with the resources and staffing we have available.

Good morning!
  • Vance is being trained on how to resolve backend issues. One of the first things he did was to add the HitBTC exchange, which we'll release support for later this weekend. The availability of the exchange will provide for more coins and better prices, and therefore more profit.
  • Vance is also looking at support tickets, with an eye towards permanently resolving the issues that cause the tickets. For example, yesterday he discovered that the Monero client had forked on April 6. He fixed a problem with inserting transaction hashes into the database, and figured out a way to halt payments for any coin when a fork has occurred in it. Once implemented, that will result in customers not getting paid, a significant improvement over the current situation where a payment is issued on the wrong fork, and then someone has to investigate why the transaction ID is not valid and delete it.
  • Also this weekend, we'll be putting out a new version of the website with the "E-Mail on payout address change" feature. Constance added pagination to worker balances and will be working next on making the "worker history" chart usable for customers who have large numbers of miners.
  • There was a mistake with the minimum payout threshold for Ripple. I fixed that, but keep in mind that the minimum threshold for Ripple must be 20. There is a network limitation where all accounts need to be "activated" with a minimum balance of 20; otherwise, you can't spend any money. If you don't think you can earn that much, then don't choose Ripple for payouts, because a Ripple account balance can never fall below 20.
