#Steve Sokolowski and Chris. This might be the ONLY time in your lives where you are in the right place at the right time. You have the know how and the best product in one of the hottest markets in the world.
If you decide to scale down in this situation, I think you would regret it for the rest of your lives. You would always wonder "WHAT IF we would have done it...". It's almost worth the investment just to spare yourself from this constant nagging, echoing in your brains until you get old...
