LiteCoin Dusting Attack

Just noticed that LiteCoin had a dusting attack. Seems very wide spread.

Easy to check, just look at your wallet, and see if you received a transfer of a super small amount.
Any thoughts on best practices for such a thing? Other than continued vigilance agains phish?
