If you find yourself waiting for another 3 years for the ICO to actually materalize, do not be too surprised.
ICOs are basically SCAMS. Most people who have bought into them never got anything in return, and most just take the money and disappear overnight without a trace, so Yeah, forex, and ICOS....risky scams.
There IS a reason ICOs were BANNED in CHINA.
