Chris Sokolowski wrote:Right now, all of our Aircoin markets are in error for being too shallow - the price could change very quickly causing large losses for us. The PPS pool goes offline when all markets are in error. I think you can still solo mine AIrcoin if you want using m=solo since that doesn't involve exchange pricing.

As for the other topic, I don't see any eligible Aircoin balances that are over the payout threshold. Can you double check that your eligible balance is over the payout threshold?
the market may be in error, but there is no problem with the aircoin wallet, allows you to pay, you withhold Payments.
I use solo POW and POS to mine, problem with POW aircoin prohashing.com:3333, no problem with POS mine

I choose Lower payout threshold (incurs fee): 50000 AIR
Balance: 547,936.83920001

Payouts not Executing as follows :
+Earned Aircoin 5,442.26100000 Payout on 3/25/2017 Date 3/24/2017
+Earned Aircoin 94,002.69000000 Payout on 3/17/2017 Date 3/16/2017
+Earned Aircoin 239,459.48400000 Payout on 3/16/2017 3/15/2017
+Earned Aircoin 209,032.29750000 Payout on 3/15/2017 3/14/2017

This issue exposed a new bug in our system, which needs to be fixed. We rely on the mining server to write coin prices to the database, but when a coin has all markets in error, a null price is entered into the database. This doesn't affect earnings since they use prices stored in memory on the mining server, but we do use that price in the database to compute the default payout thresholds. With no price in the database, we can't compute the default payout threshold, and our payout script does not mark any balances in that coin as eligible for payout. This is why you weren't getting paid.

I manually sent you money today. I don't know if market conditions will change and the coin will go out of error, but if it does not, I will manually pay every few days until we correct the underlying bug.

The Litecoin payouts were automatically sent a few minutes after you posted. https://prohashing.com/explorer/Litecoi ... 9b97668ad5 Did you not receive the payout?

It arrived about 1.5 hours after my post, and twelve hours later than they have normally been arriving. Thus my ask.

Just so everyone is prepared, the load on the Bitcoin network is causing payouts to be delayed. Many of our payouts will not go out today until the following transfers confirm, and we can't provide an estimate on when that will happen.

https://blockchain.info/tx/0a34a1430bb8 ... b510be7022
https://blockchain.info/tx/126498a1940f ... 89914d46d4
https://blockchain.info/tx/8bcc4eb271a9 ... de2c982f7b

The slow Bitcoin network affects payments in other coins because we have to transfer money from exchanges that have the best sell prices for mined coins to exchanges that have the best buy prices for payout coins. When these transfers are delayed, we can't buy some of the payout coins and that causes payout delays.

I want to take this opportunity to point out how important it is for exchanges to begin offering ETH base pairs for trading, so we can completely eliminate using the bitcoin network to transfer value between exchanges and our wallets.

I will be writing a post and submitting helpdesk tickets to exchanges to implore them to move towards this. The first exchange that offers all of their coins with markets in ETH will receive thousands of dollars per day in trades from us, and lots of profit, so this is a moneymaking opportunity if you are an exchange owner.

Fortunately, the transactions have confirmed by now.

I'm going to be keeping extra money in our exchanges for the foreseeable future so that we don't have to transfer as much money around and therefore payout times can be earlier.
