Hi. Our Bellacoin wallet was returning a nonspecific error when we would try to send coins to users. I had to create a new wallet for the pool, but I fixed the issue and sent the payment.

Hi. We can't pay Franko right now because the some of the money is locked in our exchanges. YoBit has locked withdrawals, and Bittrex has discontinued its market. Unless YoBit unlocks its wallet, we can't pay the full amount. It's only been locked for a few days, so it is probable that the wallet will unlock and we can resume Franko payouts at some point in the future.
I can pay you the coins we have on hand right now, which will not be the full balance, or I can wait to see if the exchange is unlocked before issuing payments. Regardless of what happens, if the wallets never unlock, we will discontinue the coin and pay out as much as we have on hand. Let me know what you would like us to do right now.

I think I fixed the Bitbar issue. We were getting an "insufficient funds" error for our wallet even though there was more than enough money in it. My experience has taught me that that is a misleading error that actually means there are too many inputs to a transaction. I created a new wallet and consolidated all our money into it, and I think that will fix the problem. I will check in a few hours and pay it manually if it wasn't automatically sent.

I just checked, and Bitbar paid successfully. Looks like that was the issue after all.

Right now, all of our Aircoin markets are in error for being too shallow - the price could change very quickly causing large losses for us. The PPS pool goes offline when all markets are in error. I think you can still solo mine AIrcoin if you want using m=solo since that doesn't involve exchange pricing.
As for the other topic, I don't see any eligible Aircoin balances that are over the payout threshold. Can you double check that your eligible balance is over the payout threshold?
