How to configure PPLNS?!

I was trying to configure miner gminer to mine in the equilash pplns algorithm with zcash currency, but after adding the command line in gminer it doesn't mine! could you explain to me why it doesn't work?! can you please pass me the command to add in gminer? I wanted to mine in pplns and I'm not getting it.... the miner gminer just doesn't mine

I was trying out Equihash once just for the sake of it, this topic helped me very much when setting up the miner:
