Neo not paying out

Neo has not paid out in almost a week now. Can you please check in to that?

Neither is Ripple-XRP mined almost 2 days to reach threshold and then nothing....
also the wallets seem to be glitching as it isn't letting me delete or edit payouts I'm mining through other pools until this is sorted out

We're not aware of any system-wide issues involving Ripple.
Could you submit a support ticket with your username and additional information, so that we can track this request and get started investigating it? We'll be glad to look into the issue - thanks.

We're not aware of any widespread issues, so this is something that would be best to submit a support ticket for.
