I am mining BitcoinV and the block explorer show the blocks are confirmed.

ProHashing is still showing immature after hours?

Why is this happening?

Most coins take a long time to mature. For bitcoin, for example, the maturity time is 100 blocks, which is about one day. Some coins can take as long as four days.

The other reason that coins can take a long time to mature is because nobody is mining that blockchain. To figure out whether that is the case, compare the height of the latest block from the block explorer with the height of the block you are waiting for maturity of. If nobody is mining the blockchain, then the chain won't advance, and your blocks won't be confirmed.

Thanks Steve, I will check the explorer and give it some more time.

Steve,
I went to the oldest block in the list and it now shows 78 confirmations.
Unfortunately, it has not been credited yet?

That's great to hear.

78 confirmations, for most coins, is not enough. The typical coin requires about 200, while some coins with long block times can require only 100. I'm not aware of any coins that require fewer confirmations than 100.
