Site seems to be getting more and more buggy....

Post by XXXJAYXXX » Fri Apr 05, 2019 11:56 am

Multiple issues with earnings not calculating correctly over the last few weeks, Coins taking forever to pay out (started mining BCN and XEM on the day they came out.. have not received a single payout!.. submitted a ticket a week ago.... crickets....), and now trying to mine PNX and my earnings page show $2.46.. but the details page says $5.34 earned (which is more accurate based on hash power).. "Payout Within" countdown is a joke, not sure why you even have it posted when it just resets every 24hrs without actually paying anything out...

The glitches seem to be getting worse and worse with this pool.. I didn't mind paying the exorbitantly high fees when the site was working well and the profits kept coming in... but will need to make a change if I don't see some improvement in the near future. I'm not going to keep paying high fees if I have to keep on top of you guys to make sure I am getting paid.. Stop adding coins and features... fix the problems you already have, or you won't have any customers left. No one is going to keep paying top dollar for a site that glitches out constantly!

Thanks for your feedback.

I apologize that Chris hasn't been getting to the tickets as quickly recently. The reason is that the IRS sent him notices of penalties, and he has had to spend several days trying to understand exactly what was wrong. (It turned out that he was supposed to pay some taxes monthly instead of quarterly.) Now that he's resolved that issue, he plans to resolve the support tickets tonight.

In regards to those Cryptonight coins, we discussed this issue before you even posted this. We had originally planned to implement CryptonightV1 immediately, but we discovered, as you did, that these coins require significant API changes. As you also agreed, we had decided to hold off with the algorithm to focus on adding new coins to our existing algorithms to make them more profitable. Part of the process of stopping work on CryptonightV1 will be discontinuing those coins, since we aren't able to devote the resources to implement their APIs right now. Instead, we're going to work on the remaining 20 top marketcap coins, and may return to the Cryptonight coins soon. Chris will be issuing final payouts on some of the coins you mentioned later this week.

Speaking of PNX... is it still down? blockchain has not updated and my wallet is behind since late april. my payouts are still being sent out by prohash but unsure if i should switch to another coin.
