I can not withdraw money earned. I am not a US citizen, I have never been to the USA. I have no idea what tax return you should have. I want my money earned. more than 6 months have passed since I cannot receive payment. login Aleksp680

Please submit a support ticket and we'll be glad to help you. If the issue is that you need to submit tax information, then many customers who are not US citizens, who do conduct business in the United States, who do not use VPNs in the United States, and who do not host mining machines in the United States can submit W8-BEN forms. These forms simply certify that you're not subject to US tax law and there's nothing else you'll ever be asked for or have to pay.
We're not responsible for determining whether you are required to pay taxes or not, so you should do your own research. If you think you are exempt, then sign the W8-BEN form and you can ignore the tax issue.
