This is what it appears to be. You gave Vance a tip. It will be paid to him periodically.
If that's not what you intended, then feel free to adjust your payout proportions to eliminate tips for him.

It does not worth to invest in Bitcoins or any such Cryptocoins now. I would prefer to fix money on Mutual Funds at this time as it worth more than the cryptocurrencies. Thanks and Regards,
