For litecoincash, add the coin litecoincash to your settings page.
You have to enter a valid address for the wallet of the newly added coin, I used: CcrZGRBzSrj2CHc799FkWjMyqCGFcoaA9S
I got it from a youtube video about how to claim the litecoincash from your stockpile of litecoins you had at the time of the fork(not my wallet address).
Once you have it entered and saved, then you can hit the forfeit button and make it go away, all .05 cents of it.

For the bitcoingold you would have to do the same, find a valid address for a wallet, enter it, then you can forfeit it.

I agree a checkbox or a popup and allow you to forfeit any coins you have already earned without the need for a wallet address would be a nice feature but if you find a valid address you can still forfeit them.

Hope that helps for one.
For bitcoingold you can try: GNNfxbxN82ReHqjsKNcy5jSCz6hqFoMxq9

I didnt have any to forfeit to test it but see if that works as a valid address for BTG.
