Please could you attach your debug.log file to such email address? We think we understood the cause of the mishbaviour, the latest wallet should fix it. (linux 32 bit and 64 bit are updated).
It's require to delete all blocks and resync.
Let us know, otherwise provide the debug.log for further investigation.
