Multiple Forum/Support Issues - HELP

Post by cakezisntmining » Sat Apr 21, 2018 3:42 pm

Hello,

A couple of things that need to be resolved:

1) Both your JIRA and Forum password resets AREN'T WORKING. I never receive an email to reset either instances, nothing in spam folder or anything. (this is now my 3rd forum account because I can't login)

2) My phone got factory reset and I need my account's 2FA REMOVED. This is what my JIRA support ticket is about - I'd login to check my status in JIRA but can't remember my account PW since your main site isn't linked to your forums, your forums aren't linked to your JIRA - overall too many PW's to manage at this point. I can't login to my regular prohashing mining account because of my 2FA - meaning I'll be mining indefinitely without changing my coin allocation %'s unless I can get this 2FA removed or change services.

I need some sort of response here - I love your service and advocate how great of a service you guys have, but having 0 support is making me reconsider. Please help!

Unfortunately, the forums' password reset feature is not available, because the forums are on a different domain and we have yet to configure a mailserver and MX records. That's on the list of tasks, but because profitability is always a higher priority and we have several exchanges to add, it's unlikely to be addressed until June. I apologize for that.

As to the account two-factor authentication issue, you can install Authy on your new phone, and then enter the "backup password" you set when you initially installed Authy on the old phone. As long as you have the same phone number, your keys will be downloaded to the new phone. If you used a program like Google Authenticator that does not make backups, then our policy is that we don't reset two-factor authentication codes for any reason, and I suggest that you create a new account. No money will have been lost in that case though - all accounts are automatically paid down to zero after 90 days of inactivity.
