You should make a ticket, or try to explain more in detail what's your problem. Payouts worked before and on march 13 they just stopped working?

Check further down on the settings page.
Did you fill out the tax info?

The payouts you have received look like they total up close to $600 worth of payments.
Over $600 a year you have to have tax info filled out....if not payments are held up I believe.

For payout issues, the answer is almost always to submit a support ticket. In most cases, we need to perform an investigation and look up more data. If you submit a support ticket, Chris will be glad to assist you.

Doesn't matter if you live there or not, over $600 PER YEAR you need to have tax info on file, even if foreign or get held up payments.
It's not the BALANCE is $600, its you cant get over $600 PER YEAR without having info on file.

From what I saw, the payments sent out seem to be really close to $600 paid out so far, so in order to get MORE payments you have to have that tax info on file so you can pay taxes later on.
