Bitmain Incompetence!!!!

I got one L3+ that 3 boards never did work well and then they stop working 2 of them I have send to Bitmain to fix with the 6 months warranty turns out I have sent it 4 times each one and they still don´t work!!!!!!!!



Here is my last reply email:

"The hasboard is not working again this is the forth time that I have send this board to repair, and still does not work!!!!!!!

Just test it and you can see the image in attachment.

I kind of knew it, hence why I was asking for a new board.

I think you are Incompetent Bitmain, I have spend a lot of money with the purchase of equipment from bitmain, and more money on sending it back to repair and still does not work, I have no other words for you then Bitmain is Incompetent!!!

If you ask me to send it again back to repair I wont because I am just spending time and money, and it never works.

I hope you can solve this and prove me wrong!

If you don't find a solution for this, I will post this on mining forums as much has possible so people know what to expect, when they are buying things from you, I am sure this is not an isolated case.

If it was a GPU I would just get a new one, no expenses for me, and GPU´s don't even stop working they are very reliable with 2 years warranty, I am happy with GPU´s.

The whole experience with Bitmain has for now has been not good.

I still have another board in repair for the second or third time, I kind of lost the hope that you will fix it, we will see...

Just the time wasted writing this emails back and fort, to get boards that still don't work... It is a nightmare really."


I hope BTC returns to GPU´s mining!!!
