All-time earned: 0.05721557 $163.63

Check the wallet addresses you are using.
Which wallet service are your payouts being sent to?

Make sure you haven't requested a payout to a novaexchange wallet for example.

I think this is a bigger issue than the attention it gets. My ZEC has never been paid out "on time". It eventually does, but if I were to submit a ticket for it, I would be submitting tickets on a daily basis. Right now I'm sitting at

Payout eligible: 0.02778435 [checked] (payout within 1 d 13:37:51)
Payout threshold: 0.00190383 (default, no fee)
Network minimum: 0.00004000
Live Balance: 0.03247032

That "payout within" timer seems to just add on time. This is disregarding each of the payouts that have been attempted resulting in no TXID. Again, it all eventually happens, but is a little stress added to every day.

Thanks.

Mine paid a few hours after my post and I certainly wasn't sweating it. I have the highest limit possible and am not in a hurry, BUT when it says it will pay out at X amount, and goes well beyond that.........not good. I would even set my limit higher, but I also know prohashing doesn't want to be a bank.

Once you hit more than 5$ over the default payout threshold you get paid out. So that the pool does not BANK the coins on your behalf.

BTC as always may be an exception to any rule.

That's simply not true. The default payout for ZEC is $1.00. I'm sitting at $18.50.

For over 24 hours? it doesnt auto payout the second it hits the threshold or $5 over, that night it signals a payouta at midnight, and in the following 24 hours a payment is made.

If you have been over $5 over the DEFAULT threshold for over 24 hours, didnt get a checkbox on the payout elgible and no payment was sent, you need to put in a ticket support.prohashing.com and they can start to take a look at it. But it has to wait until server midnight to flag the payment and then in the next 24 you should get a payment.

If you would actually read what I wrote, the payout timer itself is over 24 hours, and I am 3X past your mythical $5 limit, which is not possible to hit in less than a day. I also stated that I knew to put in a ticket, except this is an every day issue that should be addressed. I should not need to put in a ticket on a daily basis.

FYI my payout is now within 2 d 02:09:49 .

You shouldn't need to put in a support ticket to get the issue you are having fixed?

Oh yes, because, that makes sense. You totally shouldn't submit a ticket to get an issue fixed, no no, that would be too logical.

Yeah, what you SHOULD do is come to the forums and complain to people who can't fix your problems, instead of going to the place that can fix your problems.

Logic, why do we need that again?
