Live worker status is emty

Post by tomvdz » Tue Dec 26, 2017 2:04 pm

For the last 24 hours i have been mining since i have seen comming ltc to my balance but when i look at the live worker status it sais that there is nothing.
What could be the problem that i cant see my miner ( and it's hashrate/what coin that it is currently mining) eventho that i get paid out so that means that my miner hashrate is taken in count by the pool

Are you using a static difficulty? Try removing d=xxxx from your password.

If you log into the miner, does it say it is connected and working on prohash pool?

If you log off the website for prohashing.com, close the web browser, re-open the web browser, log back in and check again...is it there?
Sometimes miners drop in and out of the live status on the webpage. Refresh it a few times. Or stay logged into the miner and watch what its doing from there.

@gnode
i use no special difficulty, the only kind of password that i use is one to give a name to my miner (n=worker_1)

@appleMiner
this is the screen i get when i log into my miner(got a antminer L3+) so it sais that it is connected to the pool

and i did already reopen my browser a couple of times because evry time i did check again at a later time in the day it was with a new browser or on another device, but i'll also show a screenshot of my earnings prohashing page maybe you can see something that would be wrong

thx already for answering

As long as the coin values are going up slowly and the miner says its connected its working.

Sometime ago Steve reduced the amount of info going out from the webpages to the users over WAMP I think it was, and ever since that change miners drop in and out of the live status on users pages. Can always try using the API key, it may have more up to date info than the webpage reveals.

The system takes snapshots overtime not constant readings. Also the hashrate you see is based on the amount of shares you are finding at the difficulty you are finding them at.(finding 2 shares at 64K is the same amount of work as finding 1 share at 131K difficulty) so error rates will also decrease as well as effeciency, what your hashrates are recorded at.
