its up i couldnt set up one on my desktop. there was a address that was created. I cant send but i can receive coins.

how can i send out coins on this web wallet?


i already downloaded tor... but there is no send function

i looked at the onion tor wallet and i assume you have it encrypted which requires a passphrase for outgoing
could also be in options if not encrypted. you do not have any coins reserved for non staking.

do a quick search for onion tor wallet on google and look for the steemit website. has good info about it
