I don't know if that is simply due to the nature of coin-hopping, or the architecture of your system. I hope that the work you guys have been putting in lately will result in these problems being fixed, because the issues that we do notice make me wonder how many other smaller ones are flying under the radar. This is especially a problem when we lack any good data or tools to calculate profitability or understand how we are getting paid based on pool activity. Reliability and transparency would be a godsend around here.
It's extremely frustrating to me, too. The root cause of all these problems is the network connectivity issues, and we have few answers on those.

We're not adding new features right now, so all effort is being put into resolving these problems. Just as we resolved the "live worker status" issue and the memory leak, I expect that I'll continue to knock off one issue after another. Back on November 29, I expected that I would probably need to devote 100% of my time towards fixing issues with the mining server and towards improving performance, and it seems like that's what happening.

Chris figured out this issue. There are two separate issues. The one we know so far is in the customer's favor, and it turns out that those complaining of lower profits are comparing them to a period when they were overpaid the previous day.

We'll be posting an explanation of why customers were overpaid, why we we'll just allow customers to keep the overpayment, and a query of data shortly.

That still doesn't make sense. The day mine dropped it dropped down 40-50% of what most days had been. Not just from the day before. How did the price "correct" itself?
