Id like to setup vertcoin as my payout option but every time i set it up in settings and save (have vtc wallet and its set to 100%) as soon as i hit refresh it just dissapears.
anyone got same issue ?

Make sure you hit save on the coin percentage part and save for the address, its at the very bottom
Also be aware, last time I set to vertcoin, network threshold was 2 coin, so even tho you could set your payout lower, it will not pay until 2 coins is met.

Noticed in charts that all exchanges are in error. your wallet very well could be in maintenance at your exchange. there have been times that i have tried to take payouts in other coins and everything worked fine for days and next thing i know i am being paid in litecoin.
