Please HELP!
How can i transfer all my account "Live balances" (only bitcoins here) to another account?
What should i do to process the transfer? Should i go on through tickets or anything else?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to do that. We have no issue with making the transfer, but sending money from one account to another could be seen as "money transmission," so we can't do it.
The best choice is to set the payout threshold to zero, and let the coins from the account get paid to the same wallet as that of the other account.
