BTC payout hasn't been paid for 3 days

Payout within.... has already reset itself 3 times. More than 48 hours but I still not getting paid. Also, the payout balance is already pass network minimum and payout threshold.
Wanna see some exciting and interesting cloud mining contract which is different to Hashflare or Genesis Mining? Here is the site I trust.

same here bro my case is even worse my payout did not happen from the past 10 days...i opened a ticket and raised in the chat also ...still no use
