Resetting 2FA

Hi Chris, I sent my phone for repairs but phone shop had to reinstall the whole Android OS. Now I dont have access to Google Authenticator. Is there a way to re-install Google Authenticator again. Can help? SUpport ticket created - #02347. Thanks

if you dont have access to 2FA you have to start a new account, simply resetting the 2FA on an account would be a security concern

You have to backup the QR image or convert it to the secret key and back that up. When I setup mine, I used another app to extract the code from the QR image. However my feedback is Prohash should provide the plain text secret so people can back that up if their policy is to forfeit accounts where 2FA has been lost.
