The custom threshold needs to be UNDER how much you currently have to trigger a payout for the next 24 hour schedule deposits.
Set it as low as it will allow and you should be payout eligible for the next days payouts.

my amount is much higher than the minimum payout threshold, I can't get paid more than 4 days, support is silent on my letters.
