Mining, But No Shares, Have I Setup Correctly?

Post by Elixith » Tue Sep 26, 2017 2:24 pm

Hi,

I'm new to mining and I just wanted to check if I have set everything up correctly, as I appear to be mining, detecting new blocks, but not accepting any shares, any help and support would be much appreciated, see my log below:

This is version 2014-02-28 (beta)

I just continue to see notifications of the hash rate and new blocks detected.

Here is my bat file cmd:

cudaminer.exe -o stratum+tcp://prohashing.com:3333 -u Elixith -p n=elixith1 -i 1 -l auto -C 1 -m 1 -H 2

Any ideas?

try another pool which accepts low difficulty, my knowledge is PH isn't accepting difficulty under 4096 or even 8192.

Thank you, I will give that a go, any recommendations for low difficulty pools?

What do you want to mine with those GPU's? for good GPU mining profitability i would say Nicehash

These miners are mining normally and are working great. However, GPUs are so unprofitable that it's unlikely you'll find a share more than once an hour.

You can still use GPUs to mine here, but you'll lose a lot of money. Instead, I recommend that you select an Ethereum mining pool, where you'll be able to earn more.
