Just setup my Antminer L3+, haven't found a block in over 3 hours

Just setup my Antminer L3+, haven't found a block in over 3 hours
Wondering if this is normal? From what I can tell, I setup everything correctly. Under Earnings it shows my live worker status with a hashrate of 510 MHs, and rotates through the different coins being mined. But over 3 hours and nothing mined seems a bit strange. Anyone else have this problem?
