Inconsistent Pool Performance
Can anyone tell me why the pool is performing so badly? Yesterday was pretty stable with normal returns but today its gone back to being really glitchy with loads of disconnects.

with the influx of new users it has placed an unsustainable load on the servers, this is the nature of PH, at the moment, it is unstable. you have to accept that unfortunately.

Is anything being done to improve the situation? It's surprising that the hardware isn't being scaled up to cope with demand.

Chris and Steve are meeting this week to discuss whether they will invest in scaling the operation. At this point no one knows what will happen.
