Steve, I sent you a support ticket with data I've gathered concerning the lost shares, if you could please take a look at it. Concerns a possible cause and solution to perhaps an issue that's not effecting but a few people (the 5% you mentioned yesterday), and may not even be realized by some they are being effected...But it is adding up to VERY large amounts of lost income.
