Antminer D3

https://www.cryptocompare.com/mining/bi ... -d3-miner/

What is this? does Prohashing support this?

Is this product possible? 9 days to ROI?

X11 is supported here. As for the ROI, that is yet to be seen. 1st you have to receive the miner, and I suspect the hashrate will be greatly increased by that time.

At the second of this writing, PH is at .0012 US cents per mh/s, so this unit would make approximately $18 a day.

Yea, as soon as the batches come out it will drastically drop...You might get lucky if you have it for the first month.

But if they are mining 15GH per machine, compare that to what we have on here at the moment - 335GH.

Thats a 4.5% increase per machine....difficulty will sky rocket in a week as that first batch comes in...

PH says X11 = 1.08 cents per MH/s

so, 1.08 /100 x 15 x 1024 = USD$165.888 per day?

Yea,

This is saying slightly more:

I mean if you could get your hands on one now then ideal - you have low difficulty and huge gains before they all get released!

how about this? PH says 7.91 cents per MH/s
so it's 7.91 / 100 x 504 = USD$39.8664 per day?

I dont know enough about it to be honest.

I feel as though scrypt has a longer future than X11. So long term scrypt mining is prob better. but if you could get hold of a september batch D3 for not too much and then sell it when the november batches come out can prob get 2 months mining out of it and very little hardware costs....

I don't know how many D3's are in each batch, but if each one adds 4.5% of the hashrate of here alone, then about 21 of them would double what we have here....so I can't see profits staying high for long.
