Shares Lost and System Bugs

Chris/Steve,

Can you please look into unaccounted for shares for my account? It looks like there was some lost early this morning and in the past 4-5 hours. My earnings are way down and appears to be not correct. I am discontinuing mining until this is fixed as I am just spinning my wheels and loosing money.

Also I have noticed the system is saying that my hashrate history is only up to date to June 16th. But I have been mining since the pool came back online. Not for sure if that is updating or not.

Please let me know once my balance has been corrected and why shares keep going missing as this is very troubling.

Hi Joe,

I just compensated everyone for the missing shares issue today. The missing hashrate was bug in the query that generated the hashrate charts. It was failing since we had three days of zero hashrate. I have fixed that as well.

I apologize for everyone who has support issues as I have not been answering them as quickly as before. Now that the system is stable, I will be back to faster support.
