Mining server restart today

We'll be restarting the mining servers between 2pm and 3pm EST today to fix some problems with Ethereum Classic. The downtime should be about two minutes.

There were three changes. The first was to resolve some issues with Ethereum Classic. Vance modified the pyethash C code, but this change apparently did not resolve the ETC problem in the end. He's going to do another restart today with additional changes.

The second resolved issue was a deployment problem where all of the mining servers were not the same version, causing some customers to earn more than other customers. Chris made sure that they all were at the same version and will write software to enforce that in the coming days.

The final issue involved stale shares not being recorded to the database in some circumstances, leading some miners to erroneously believe their workers had a higher efficiency than they actually did. This issue did not cause any losses of money.
