We're pleased to announce that we just launched a new server in Germany. You can connect miners to it at eu.prohashing.com. All of the other settings in the documentation, including ports, are the same for this new server.
If you're located in Russia, try it out and let us know what you think!

The eu.prohashing.com:3336 is Dead on the miners. Cannot connect to the server. About 20min ago.
