MTP is currently offline because something changed in Zcoin, causing the mining server to be unable to decode the block templates. Since we didn't make any changes to the mining server, something suddenly changed in the coin.
This error comes just a day after yesterday's error that took MTP offline. That error was caused by Binance locking Zcoin's wallet, but the wallet is now unlocked and that issue was resolved.
As this is a complex issue that will require significant investigation, we unfortunately don't expect MTP to return for several days. We'll keep everyone updated once we know more about what the issue is, and how easy it will be to resolve!

We looked into this and there were two issues. The first is that the coin was taking a long time to return a block template; that issue has been resolved by simply restarting the coin.
The second is that the wallets at all exchanges are again locked, so we can't do any mining for MTP until the exchanges unlock their wallets. I'll let people know when Bittrex unlocks its wallet.
