Reduction in ethash fees

Today, we're pleased to announce that we have reduced ethash fees! Previously 3.99% (or 1.99% for solo and PPLNS mining), ethash mining at Prohashing will now only cost customers 0.99% (or 0.49% for solo and PPLNS mining.)

The fee decrease is effective immediately. Enjoy the new rates!

Is this still valid? Or was the fee decrease to .99% only promotional for Dec 2019? I was checking one of the blocks found today and noticed the fees have increased to 2.99% on ethash. So I then looked back at all ethash shares I've done recently and they are all at 2.99%. Not anything big just wasn't aware of the change.
